Pop-Up Shop Purchases

All sales are final for purchases made at our pop-up shop events. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any items bought in person at these locations. We encourage you to thoroughly check your items before purchasing.

Online Orders

14-Day Return Policy: For items purchased through our online store, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within this period.

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
  • We do not accept returns on sale items, accessories, or intimate apparel.

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • Please ensure your return is securely packaged and includes your order number and reason for return.

Return Process:

  1. Contact our customer service team at femmebotstyle@gmail.com to initiate a return.
  2. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item(s) back to our headquarters.
  3. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
